Deon MaChell Green has built an extensive legal career, previously serving in advisory roles for high-level organizations within the U.S. Army. With diverse experience spanning different sectors, she specializes in mediating complex situations and ensuring organizational compliance.

Deon earned her Juris Doctorate from Marquette University Law School and holds two Master of Laws (LL.M.) degrees. The first, emphasizing Criminal Law, was earned in conjunction with the University of Virginia School of Law. The second, focusing on Health Law, was obtained from the University of Maryland School of Law.
Over the years, Deon has honed her legal skills in a variety of positions including as a Trial Defense Attorney, Chief of Justice, and Legal Assistance Attorney. Her work has taken her to several countries, participating in both wartime and peacekeeping missions. She served a 15-month duty in Iraq, among other deployments.
Deon has been honored with several awards, including the Legion of Merit and the Bronze Star Medal, which underscore her commitment to excellence. She is an active volunteer in various
communities and considers mentorship a cornerstone of her career.
She considers herself a lifelong public servant and endeavors to encourage those around her to take up a similar mantle.
